This area is northeast of Colorado Springs and southeast of Academy & Union Boulevards. Most homes took shape in the 1960s and 1970s as Colorado Springs spread north. If you do here is a high altitude tip: You will find the top of Pikes Peak on average to be 30 degrees cooler than the city of Colorado Springs which is 6,035 feet above seal level.
